Your satisfaction is our priority! If there’s any issue with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process.

1.  Return Conditions:
- Return request must be made within *7 days* of delivery.  
- Product must be **unused**, in original condition, and with all packaging. 

    • Serums, skincare products (if opened).
    • Opened or used electronics (such as airbuds or watches).
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

2.  Eligible Return Reasons:  
- Received wrong item  
- Item damaged in transit  
- Product not as described

3.  How to Request a Return:

    • Provide your order number, product name, and the reason for the return.
    • Attach clear photos of the product (if defective or damaged).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at **buypickstore@gmail.com** with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4.  Refund Timeline:  
- Refunds are issued via Easypaisa/JazzCash or bank transfer within 3–5 working days after inspection.

❗Note: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" after use.
